Delivery Information

Delivery

(a) If no delivery date is specified the Goods will be despatched when they are ready. Any time or date for delivery given by us is an estimate only and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery however caused.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by instalments. Any delay, default or non-delivery in respect of any instalment will not entitle you to cancel the remainder of the contract.

(c) Within New Zealand orders will be despatch via courier or NZ Post.

(d) Outside of New Zealand orders will be despatched via by NZ Post.

(e) The method of despatch for all orders shall be at our discretion.

(f) The cost of shipping covers the costs of postage, packaging and transportation to a delivery centre.

(g) Whilst NZ Post will deliver your parcel to the destination country within the stated timescale we can not take responsibility for either the destination country postal system or the length of time your order may take to clear local customs. Hence please allow 28 for delivery.


Returns/Cancellations/Replacements

(a) Goods are not sold on a trial basis and may not be returned if you have selected the item, wrong colour, wrong size etc.

(b) You must give us prior notice in writing of your intention to return any Goods.

(c) Upon delivery, you have the right to open the delivery packaging in order to inspect the Goods but not to remove the manufacturers display packaging. You then have 7 days from the delivery date when you may cancel your order and a further 7 days in which to return any unopened goods - provided they remain in the condition in which they were delivered. You will be liable for the cost of their return.

(d) If the manufacturers display packaging has been opened and or the Goods have been used then Goods may only be returned if they are fully resaleable and then only within the 14 day period described in (c) .  Re-saleability will be determined by us at our discretion.

(e) Provided we determine that any returned Goods are re-saleable, we will refund any monies due to you as soon as reasonably possible.

(g) In the event that stock is returned as faulty and no fault is found then a 30% re-stocking charge will apply.

(h) Any PayPal, Credit Card or other transaction fees which can not be recovered will not be refunded.

(i) We reserve the right to refuse to refund monies for Goods bought in error that are not resaleable.

Please note that these are the number of working days from border to border and does NOT include the time your parcel may be detained by national customs services.

PLEASE NOTE: These are indicative shipping times and we accept no responsibility for the actions of mail carriers.  Also, these shipping times extend out from late November to early January, something beyond our control and due to high mail volumes at Christmastime.

We ship all over the world. If an order is urgent you are encouraged to email us before you order, advising the date it is needed by. We will contact you back to tell you whether or not we expect to be able to get it there by that date. We will give you our honest opinion but will not take responsibility for orders not arriving by required dates. 


Orders sent by Standard International Air are NOT  track & trace.

 

Our Delivery Promise



We promise that we will get your items in the post as soon as possible.

However, as the companies we use may not be able to directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within these times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs may take longer.

Please note that during December these times do not apply. If you wish to order something for Christmas please be aware that you will need to order earlier than usual.
